Leslie O’Connor

After a successful business career in direct sales, Leslie started her Recruiting Career in 1998 in Canada, as an Account Executive with Robert Half International (RHIC). She held management positions with Robert Half and Darwin Partners, before leaving the corporate agencies to open Search Wizards in mid-2000. In 2007, Leslie was named #25 on the Entrepreneur Magazine's listing of the Top Women Entrepreneurs in North America. In 2007 she launched the inaugural event for SourceCon, a national conference dedicated to promoting the Sourcing and Internet Research. The event was held in September 2007 in Atlanta, GA - with rave reviews from the 170 attendees.

Miranda Hinshaw

Miranda joined Search Wizards as a Sourcer. She had a background in Sourcing with an Executive Search Firm based in Augusta, GA. Miranda was promoted to Talent Specialist later that year, and currently holds the Recruiting Manager position in the firm. Miranda works closely with our candidates in determining how their background, strengths, experience and career path best match our current open positions and the needs of our clients.

Miranda is a native of Texas and has had the opportunity to live in many different places including California, Hawaii, and she currently resides in Augusta, GA with her husband and two children (Brooke and Brian). Jana Strickland

Jana joined Search Wizards as a Talent Ambassador. She has 18 years of experience in staffing, sourcing and managing client relationships from GM to VP of Sales. Jana's responsibility at Search Wizards is to recruit recruiters for clients.. My passion is customer service and helping candidates find there next career.

Jana currently lives in Atlanta, GA with her daughter Gabrielle (Gabi). She's a native of Arkansas and plans to return home over the summer. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with Gabi, Skipper and Rusty (ours dogs), going to movies, listening to music and traveling

Sherry Lorance

Sherry joined Search Wizards as a Recruiting Coordinator-Consulting. She previously held similar roles with Westaff and Amazon, before relocating from Seattle to Boise, ID. Sherry works with our active consultants to coordinate any travel requirements as well as facilitating the on-boarding process with document management, background checks, reference checks, etc.

Sherry lives in Boise, ID with her husband Shane and their four rescue dogs. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, working on home improvement projects, and landscaping. Sherry also enjoys to travel, and returns to Seattle frequently for visits. Please view Sherry's LinkedIn profile here:
